Common Issues
My social media account won't connect
Make sure you have admin access to the page or account. Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Check that you accepted all permission requests during the OAuth flow.
I'm not receiving messages in my inbox
Verify that your channel is connected under Integrations. Check that the webhook is active. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the channel.
AI Agent is not responding automatically
Go to AI Agents and ensure the agent is toggled on. Check the agent settings to confirm it's configured for the correct channels.
I forgot my password
Go to app.waslat.io/login and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email.
My trial has ended — how do I subscribe?
Go to Settings → Billing & Subscription inside the app, or contact sales@waslat.io and we'll set you up.
How do I add a team member?
Go to Settings → Team Members and invite them by email. They will receive an invitation to join your workspace.
